Hi, does the double room with sea view come with a kitchenette and washing machine? Also, is the swimming pool currently open for use? Thank you!

We have only induction system all rooms, but actually cooking is not allowed during stay.and doesn't have wash machine.The swimming pool open only summer season-frome july to september. We'd like you prefer to reserve your boooking.Thank you

Good value for money

Nice view of the sea from a high floor. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenience stall just next to the hotel. Very clean room and hotel. Value for money!

Late check in incurred a small charge, which is rather unexpected. No breakfast was available but there are good cafes within 2 min walk - just next to the hotel and across the street. So not an issue at all!

A beautiful and comfortable stay

Location had a lovely sea view. It was very neat, clean and spacious with lots of natural light. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We needed to request a late check in and we were accommodated with no issues. Mr Jung even gave us his personal mobile number in case we needed any assistance. Thank you Mr Jung and team for your great service , warm welcome and a lovely stay.

Checked out early due to the bedding being so damp.

Rooms were clean and the bathroom was big.

Even though we would turn up temp to 80 degrees, staff would turn off A/C when we would leave the room. Room was so hot and humid, the bedding was always damp.

the bed is really comfortable and the tv is very big!

the location is not the best, it's a 15min drive to town and there's not much to do around the hotel area

The room was so comfortable and it looked as good as it is in the picture.

As some other commented before, it just looks as good as it's in the pictures. The bed is adjustable and really comfortable! The chairs are comfy as well. There is a cloth drying machine in the room, great to have though it takes too long to dry just a few flimsy items, I was in soaking in the rain one day, thanks to the machine, my jeans and bag could be dried. The swimming pool is small but you can overlook the scenic view from there. Staffs were friendly and helpful as much as they can, despite many of them are not excel in English.

I would wish there is better support in English, all the signages are in Korean only. Some sockets don't work in my room, the hair dryer didn't work too, so I brought down to lobby to seek help but no staffs available after 9pm, they didn't inform me earlier about the phone support after 9pm until this problem happened.

Great stay

Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are 3 coffee shops and some Restaurants just around the corner. There is a Bus stop just in front of the Hotel, but I would recommend coming with car.

Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days. This could be a problem for some ppl, we didn't mind. But you get new towels and water etc. every day.

Jewel in Seo-Gwi-Po

Probably the most friendly staff I've ever seen yet. True definition of staff that makes you feel welcome. Whenever we can come back, this place will be the first go-to place for us. The gentleman who showed us the room speaks English, so anyone who speaks English shouldn't have too much difficulty with this place. The lady who runs the place truly deserves so much appraisal. How much she will try to help is beyond what I could ever hoped and that really made us appreciative.

This place was so good that the only think I can say "I didn't like" was the 4-day record breaking rain. Nothing else.
